Honest returns policy
Buying wood flooring for your home is a big purchase and Willowson wants to make it easy and trouble-free. We will organise a delivery day to suit you and work tirelessly to ensure that any questions you have are answered immediately.
In the unlikely event that you aren’t completely satisfied with your Willowson floor, you may return your purchase at any time within 7 working days after the day of delivery and we will refund your order value in full minus an charges we may incur. If you think you might need to return your purchase, all we ask is that you inform us as soon as possible, since the flooring can be affected by atmospheric and light conditions. Storage of your flooring must comply with the delivery/storage details.
To arrange a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition.
If you have opened any boxes to examine your flooring we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly. If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
We will accept part order returns, at your own expense, as long as the packs are unopened and undamaged and returned within 7 days after the day of delivery. Simply call us to arrange collection, and all costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product due to a fault, simply email us to arrange collection. A refund or replacement will be issued following an examination of the returned product. There will, of course, be no delivery charge for either the return or the delivery of the replacement item.
We do not take returns on any of our accessories.
Simple cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and offer a simple cancellation policy. Simply email us at email@example.com If we receive your cancellation before your goods have been despatched, we will refund you within 2 working days. If we receive your cancellation after despatch but before your goods have been delivered, we will issue a refund minus any transportation costs incurred.
You may cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange collection immediately. Providing the goods are unopened and undamaged, we wil refund you in full, minus delivery costs incurred, within 7 working days of the cancellation.
After we have recieved a notification of a request of a return, a collection will be arranged and made within 2-3 days.
If however, after a notification is made of a return, but you are unable to meet our collection dates then we will not be able to accept the return at a later date.
Please Note: We would ask that you please ensure all the products remain in their original packaging and if necessary re-seal the boxes with additional tape to ensure they are protected in transit.
